Fort Siloso

Loves: The Skywalk experience which includes a sweeping view of the surroundings, a glass walkway to challenge your fear of heights, and the best part is it’s free!

Our Advice: After exploring the fort, head to the adjacent Siloso Beach for some sun, sand and sea.

Experience a bit of WWII history and relive Singapore’s past as a colonial watchtower at Fort Siloso’s military museum. It is the only coastal fort of the island nation that has been preserved. Take a guided tour along the fort and discover some amazing artifice such as underground ammunition stores and World War II- era artillery. The entire tour takes about 90 minutes, and at the end of it, you would have received a crash course of one of the most turbulent period in Singapore. This is truly an experience and allows one to turn back the pages of time and relive seismic moments of the city-state’s past.
